NEW THIS WEEK: DOUBLE QUINCE — WHITE QUINCE

We have forced double quince to be ready for the Chinese New Year. They are not deep red when forcing this early. They are a mixture of shades of pink. Only available in medium size.

White quince is available this week for the first time @OCF. Because of the mild winter, they have leaves on them like in the photo above. Only available in medium size.

Quince

Early season quince is pale salmon color and will darken as the season progresses closer to the natural blooming period. By early Feb. the color will be rich salmon color, but early Jan. the color can be almost blush white.
