- Lead times: Minimum 4 days prior to shipment for most specialty items; longer for large custom finishes.
- Packing: Bundles typically 10 bunches per bundle unless otherwise noted; trees are bundled and palletized.
- Trees: Noble fir trees — minimum order 5 trees; shipping grouped. Pallet/ container freight available on request.
- Finishes & handling: Flocking, painting, and heavy glittering requires additional handling time and special packing — confirm at time of order.
