FAQ

How are forest products packed for shipping?

We bundle stems and place them in large plastic shipping bags with moist paper at the bag ends to preserve localized humidity and protect foliage. Boxes used on request. For pallet orders we secure bundles to pallets.

What are typical lead times?

All items are stocked year-round. Lead times primarily depend on order size and delivery schedule. For large or custom orders contact sales — allow 2–4 weeks or more in peak season. We provide cube and freight estimates prior to order confirmation.

How should I condition products on receipt?

Recut stems 1–2 inches under water, hydrate with floral preservative and hold cool until staging. Moss and droppings require minimal conditioning — store cool and dry if possible.
