Life on the Farm
Hello Friends
The weather this summer has been phenomenal so far. The farm has been busy cutting flowers, specifically our new wildflower hydrangeas. It isn’t easy to have a favorite flower, but I would say that my favorite right now is the lavender hydrangeas. They have variations in their purple tint, leaving them not all look identical. As for exciting news, a large cougar was spotted at Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach, and it not only was on the beach’s rocks but also swam in the ocean! I have inserted a photo at the end of the email. It was quite a coastal event.
